You will have 7 days for the replacement and 2 months warranty.
We will replace your product within 7 days after you receive it if the product has issues such as original flaws or logistic damages. You must not use the product. We cannot replace the product if the damages are incurred by the customer. However, we can supply instructional videos and tools for you to do the repair. Customers are responsible for the cost of return. We can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders. We also provide you with knowledge about sex dolls to help you better use sex dolls.
